  1. Description of the Policy

Irmex SA, part of Radacini Group*, hereinafter referred to as the Operator, processes the personal data of its current, former, and prospective clients and business partners as part of its daily business activities.

The Operator processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR), applicable in the European Union starting May 25, 2018.

In line with this Regulation, the Operator defines the purpose and necessity of collecting and processing your personal data. The processing of personal data means any manual or automatic operation (e.g., when visiting our website), including collection, registration, storage, adaptation, modification, consultation, use, dissemination, correction, or deletion.

  1. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Collection and Processing

The Operator processes personal data of its clients (individuals or legal entities) and their representatives, as well as its partners (suppliers, manufacturers), for the following purposes:

  • Customer services: e.g., information about project progress, finishes, or maintenance deadlines
  • Client communication: contact details for property offers or financing
  • Advertising: personalized advertising for housing and services
  • Customer satisfaction surveys: post-purchase/service feedback
  • Associated services: e.g., financing intermediation
  • Legal obligations: e.g., for invoices, contracts
  • Security: video surveillance for employee and client safety
  • Request and complaint resolution

The Operator only collects and processes data strictly necessary to provide services at the highest quality level.

  1. Special Categories of Personal Data

According to GDPR, the Operator does not collect or process special categories of personal data (e.g., racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, biometric or genetic data, health, or sexual orientation).

  • Identification data (name, address, phone, email, ID series/number, CNP, gender, bank details)
  • Video recordings (up to 30 days)
  • Employee photographs
  • Marital status, workplace, income, debts/mortgages (also for spouse, if applicable)

Data is generally collected via visits, website forms, phone, or email.

  1. Data Sharing

Personal data is shared only with employees or collaborators who require access, including:

  • IT Department and collaborators
  • Accounting/Finance Department
  • HR Department
  • Customer Relations and Marketing
  • Legal Department
  • Contractual partners, suppliers, service providers
  • Delivery agents
  • Carefully selected partner organizations
  • Co-promotional third parties (responsible for data compliance)
  • Public authorities when legally required
  • Debt collection agencies
  • Law enforcement and courts when necessary
  1. Data Transfers Abroad

The Operator may use professional partners to process data for fulfilling contractual obligations. These partners are obligated to comply with GDPR and may not use or share data for their own commercial purposes.

Your data will be stored only as long as necessary, in accordance with Romanian law.

  1. Profiling

The Operator generally does not use collected data for profiling. In some cases, profiling and segmentation may be performed for marketing purposes.

  1. Automated Decision-Making

The Operator respects your right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

  1. Video Surveillance

We operate video surveillance systems at our residential complexes and related premises to ensure the safety of staff, clients, and visitors. Video surveillance areas are clearly marked. Processing is done in accordance with applicable legal provisions and data is stored according to the law.
